Plastisol is the most popular technique used throughout the world, using oil-based printing ink. For bright colors that can survive numerous wash cycles—Plastisol is a great option. Water-based screen printing is for the environmentally conscious and it provides a vintage, distressed appearance. Discharge uses a bleaching agent, which actually removes ink rather than adding it, making it impossible to feel.
